Thank you, Richard. I’m a sucker for a good, old-fashioned happy ending. I just wish I’d though about my overuse of the word, “sometimes” before posting this, lol.
weirdly, that happened with my mother also, except that guy died suddenly too, just before they were to finally meet after corresponding for a year. fortunately, she has strong faith and a shepherd’s sense of purpose for the people around her, and has recovered her equilibrium nicely. In any case, there are times when that plotline can get complicated when God is writing the script.
